Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund through Paddle’s customer portal or by contacting us directly at support@gamedaysongs.com. Please include the email address associated with your account and a brief note describing the reason for the refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations after 30 days
After the 30-day refund period, you may still cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time during a current billing period.
